The 67th Barcelona Banc Sabadell Open welcomes our Padró i Familia vermouths

This year we were able to witness, for the very first time, what goes on at Barcelona’s Banc Sabadell Open Tournament (The Conde de Godó Trophy) at the city’s Club Real de Tenis. This club, founded in 1899 by several foreign families living in Barcelona, is among the oldest tennis clubs in the world.

The Barcelona Banc Sabadell Tennis Open is a social event that goes way beyond just the sport. The tournament, one of the major clay court encounters on the international circuit, also provides a large leisure area filled with restaurant and catering establishments. The Village, as this area is known, is the meeting point for anyone looking for a bit of time out, a place to relax or a moment with friends in the midst of the frenzy of matches taking place throughout the 8-day tournament.

In this 67th year of the prestigious tennis tournament, we got the chance to stand alongside the other brands chosen for the Village, which consists of 26 tents no less.

For us it was an honour to be present with some of the big brands and to have had the opportunity to present our vermouths to visitors at this awesome event.

This fusion of tennis, gastronomy and vermouth turned out to be a perfect match for all those who stopped by at our stand during the tournament. We hope very much to repeat the experience in the next few years, together with our friends at Mondofino and Gourmet La Vanguardia.
