Vermut Myrrha Rojo by Padró & Co., Best Red Vermouth 2020 at the Catalan Vermouth Awards

We are delighted to announce this new award for our vermouth from this year’s Vinari Catalan Vermouth Awards. This prestigious competition offers a benchmark for all vermouths made in Catalonia, where the very first Spanish vermouths were produced, back in the nineteenth century. Our Myrrha Rojo by Padró & Co. was awarded a Gold Vinari Award for Best Red Vermouth, a further recognition of this red vermouth which won a Silver Vinari in 2017 and was named  Best Vermouth for Cocktails in 2018. This is all-embracing vermouth with its beautifully balanced bitter-sweet character has once again enraptured the Vinari panel. This is not the only recognition our Vermuts Myrrha range has received at the Vinari Awards: our red Myrrha Rojo Reserva won our very first vermouth medal – a bronze in 2015  and in 2019 was awarded Gold for Best Reserva Vermouth. We are also very happy for our Padró & Co. Blanco Reserva , which has won a place on the Vinari Awards podium every year ever since the competition began. Two gold medals, a silver and two bronzes, a recognition of consistent quality and something to be proud of.
