Vermouth by Night, an evening under the stars

Following the inauguration of our Casa Vermouth Padró, now open to the public for visits during the day, we decided to organise Bràfim’s very first Vermouth by Night. Judging by how fast tickets to the two evenings sold out, the event looks likely to become an annual tradition. Around a hundred people in total were able to experience an unforgettable evening under the stars, on the beautiful patio at our Casa Vermouth Padró. Guests were welcomed this year with a glass of our Padró & Co. Reserva Especial, recently awarded the Gran Vinari d’Or 2018 for best Catalan Vermouth. The delicious dinner menu, carefully put together by our Padró & Co. team, paired fabulously with our Ipsis wines all made at the Padró family winery: Blanc Flor – a crisp white made from our own macabeo, xarel.lo and muscat grapes; our light, unoaked Chardonnay; 0ur refreshing rosé, Rosat Llàgrima and our young tempranillo-merlot and 2014 crianza reds. Entertainment for the evening included the sensational voice of Spanish singer Meri MG and the magnificent talents of magician and illusionist Jordi Caps, member of the Spanish Association of Illusionism with many years of experience in the world of magic. And of course, to whom else could we entrust the bar service for the evening but our very own Brand Ambassador and owner of Pachito Lounge in Tarragona, Jordi Vizcarro, who was on hand to add his special touch to a range of cocktails and drinks. Two evenings filled with a perfect blend of magic, music, festivity and fine food to the delight of all those who were lucky enough to get a ticket for our very first Vermouth by Night.
